Big Sky

Big Sky Golf Course is the lone public course in the Big Sky community and features a classic links-style Arnold Palmer design. At 6,800 yards and sitting 6,500 feet above sea level, this par-72 course is one of the most beautiful in the region.

Some private courses in Big Sky include Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, The Reserve at Moonlight Basin and Yellowstone Club.

Big Timber

One of the best small, community golf experiences in the entire state, the Overland Golf Course in Big Timber is located at the base of the Crazy Mountains. This 3,393-yard track offers nine holes of bliss for golfers of all levels.

Bozeman

Bozeman boasts two public golf courses, including Bridger Creek Golf Course and Cottonwood Hills Golf Club. Bridger Creek is an 18-hole, par-71, 6,577-yard track from the back tees. Cottonwood Hills is an 18-hole, par 72 course featuring 7,053 yards from the back tees, while also housing an executive par 3 course as well.

Some private courses in Bozeman include Riverside Country Club, Black Bull and Valley View Golf Club.

Columbus

The Stillwater Golf Course, located in charming Columbus, offers a par 36, 9-hole track and 3,105 yards from the back tees. The course features all-day rates and inexpensive range buckets.

Livingston

The Livingston Golf & Country Club is a public 9-hole, par 36, 3,123-yard course from the men's tees. Other on-site amenities include full pro shop, bar, practice areas and driving range.

Red Lodge

The Red Lodge Mountain Golf Course offers some of the most picturesque views in the region. The 6,863-yard course features an island green on hole #15 and plenty of challenging spots throughout the course.

Three Forks

Three Forks is home to the Headwaters Golf Course, a public, 9-hole, par 36, 2,974-yard track from the deep tees.
