Driving Into and Around the Park

It’s always good to know if the road you’re on can get you where you want to go. Most of the park’s roads are closed to vehicular traffic during the winter months, but that just makes winter an extra special time to experience the park free of crowds and in the serenity of the snow. It’s pure magic. But then again, so is every other season in the park.

Check road reports, especially in the colder months. As always, watch for wildlife—it’s their park too!
