Nova Cafe

The Nova Cafe, located in the heart of historic downtown Bozeman, is locally owned and serves up the best breakfast in town!! Our unique and delicious breakfast and lunch menu is offered daily. Enjoy a break from the ordinary with unique and local daily specials such as Flathead cherry cottage cheese pancakes, crabcake eggs benedict, stuffed Co-Op sourdough French toast, or a prosciutto and asparagus omelette. Try a regular menu item such as made from scratch pancakes, award winning wild turkey hash, local bison burger or a spinach salad; all made with the freshest ingredients.

Mouth watering breakfast selections are served with local Rockford Nova Blend coffee and a full espresso bar or try some fresh squeezed grapefruit juice.
