Midtown Retreat
Brief Description: Built in 2005 this home has been meticulously maintained and is a great value for your Bozeman vacation or extended stay. A ten minute walk will have you on Bozeman's Main Street and a variety of great local restaurants, or rent bicycles for a fun ride to downtown Bozeman. Ample natural light shines into the open floor plan of this tall house, creating a cozy and relaxing environment. On cool days enjoy watching the gas fireplace. The home also has a small fully fenced yard, a great feature if you are bringing kids.
Bedrooms and baths: The home has three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and on suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom off the hall. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a bunk bed perfect for kids.
Kitchen: This fully equipped kitchen has absolutely everything you will need for any meal you have planned. There is a nice selection of cookware, serving ware, and a good spice cabinet as well. Out on the breezeway to the garage you will find a gas barbecue grill and seating for those outdoors meals.
Dining area: The dining area adjoins the kitchen, with a dining table that seats six to eight guests. There is extra seating at the bar in the kitchen.
Living room: This home has an open living area, connected to the kitchen and dining area. A comfy sectional is arranged for evening conversation, or watching a few movies on the television. The home has Roku TV, and a large flat screen TV. There is a good selection of movies, games, and puzzles in the living area.
Activities nearby: Walk to restaurants and shopping or bike to downtown Bozeman. Enjoy hiking and mountain biking in the nearby Bridger Mountains, fishing, golf, white-water rafting, horseback riding and all that the towns of Bozeman and Livingston have to offer.
