The Yellowstone Historic Farmhouse Vacation Home
Just Three Miles from Yellowstone National Park!

The Yellowstone Historic Farmhouse was used at the turn of the century as a railroad wayside home for travelers to Yellowstone. This historic home has expansive views of the magnificent Electric Peak, surrounding mountain ranges and rolling pastures, which often has buffalo and antelope grazing. This three story home is recently renovated, with comfortably furnishings in that Montana flair. It is open year round with such easy access to the world famous wonders of Yellowstone National Park.

The home comes complete with high quality, western furniture, a full kitchen with upscale appliances, beautiful cookware, tableware and kitchen utensils. There are new TV's, DVD players, washer/dryers, fine linens and towels, laundry powder, hand and body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Just bring your clothes and food!

Yellowstone Historic Vacation Home (Sleeps 9)

* Full spacious kitchen
* Open living room, formal dining room
* 1 King-size bed, 2 Queen-size beds, 1 Day bed, 1 Bunk bed (sleeps 2)
* 3 Bathrooms
* For additional sleeping space, unfurnished rooms on the third floor can be outfitted with sleeping pads
* Spacious yard with BBQ and picnic table
* Only non-alcoholic beverages in the home (request from owners)

Rates: May 1- September 30: $300 per night (5 night min.)or $2,000 per week
October 1 - April 30: $250 per night or $1,650per week + 7% Montana Tax

$500 security deposit (includes $150 - 200 cleaning fee non-refundable)
$25 extra for more than 7 guests. (Except for 2yrs. or younger)
Deposit required: 1/2 down to reserve.
Remainder of amount due 30 days prior to arrival.
Any cancellations need to be sent 60 days prior to arrival date.
