The Master, located on the first floor, is it's own sanctuary with En Suite Bathroom (separate shower & soaking bath w/mountain views), full closet for your personal items, & an amazing mountain view for those moments you may want to slip away, perhaps read & relax.The two Guest rooms are located on the second floor. They share a full bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed & the other has a daybed plus a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. Both rooms are spacious & provide plenty of storage space.
Kitchen: Designed with entertaining in mind! The kitchen is the heart of the home & provides fantastic KitchenAid Stainless appliances, various cooking equipment, & well stocked serving wares. It is open concept at it's best, overlooking the entry, the living room, & dining area. The granite slab breakfast bar provides great space for casual dining or a spot to sit & entertain the chef while they create their masterpiece.
Dining Area: Comfortably seats eight with two wooden benches. It is conveniently located next to the breakfast bar if additional seating is desired. There are three stools at the bar with fun tractor seats. There is also an outdoor eating area for dining al fresco style.
Living Room:Sit back comfortably on brown leather couches, perhaps while enjoying the views, or the warmth & convenience of the gas fireplace & flat screened TV (w/cable). There is also a tall cocktail table with two chairs. Wireless Internet is available as well as some info we have provided about local attractions, restaurants, & activities.
Setting, acreage, views: Murmur Ranch is within the very nicely done new Legends at Bridger Creek neighborhood at the edge of Bozeman. The developers did a great job linking the property into our community trail system (perfect for walking, biking and even cross country skiing) and making it an attractive neighborhood.
Activities nearby: Besides hiking, biking and skiing on your trails, you are just across the road from Bridger Creek Golf Course, the best public course in Bozeman. You're just 14 miles from Bridger Bowl Ski Area and a few more from Bohart Ranch Cross Country Ski Area. There is fishing on the nearby East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers, horseback riding, rafting, and everything that the fun town of Bozeman has to offer.
