Wonderful facilities for Weddings, Family Reunions, Conferences, Retreats or Special Events. We offer Great Group Rates for 20 or more guests. Medicine Flower Lodge Retreat Center accommodates up to 40 summer (30 winter) guests and consists of the Lodge with 7 guest rooms and 4 baths, a 3 bedroom 2 bath Guest House, three 2 room creekside cabins that accommodates 10 to 12 guests, a covered pavilion and a dining hall/all-purpose building. Minimum 2-day stay. We offer discounted off-season rates from October 1st to June 1st (holidays excepted).
The Main Lodge has seven guest bedrooms which accommodate 19 guests, double occupancy, 4 baths, a great room with fireplace, a den/tv room also has a fireplace, 3 decks, a meeting/banquet room that will accommodate up to 60 attendees and a library/office. There is a large gas grill on the patio and a large hot tub just off the back deck.
The Guest House has three bedrooms, two baths, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, great room with 2 couches and a hide-a-bed, laundry facilities and a deck with a hot tub and gas grill. A great family setup.
Both the Main Lodge and the Guest House are tastefully decorated in Mountain and Native American decor. With the guests' comfort first and foremost, the accommodations offer an atmosphere of privacy, rest, and relaxation. The Main Lodge will accommodate 19 guests, the Guest House will accommodate 10 to 12 guests, and the three Creekside Cabins, favorites of the younger guests and fishermen, each accommodates four guests. The Chapel, an all-purpose building, aka The AP Building, serves as a meeting/dining hall, with catering available for up to 40 guests. It also has 2 baths with shower facilities for guests in the Creekside Cabins. Our Caterer offers meals second to none, (just ask all our Quilter and Scrapbooking Groups.)
There is onsite parking for self-contained RVs, and additional camping facilities in the immediate area. Summer tent camping along Rock Creek is also available. A covered pavilion with picnic tables and gas grill overlooks Rock Creek. We cater group meals at very competitive prices. Our food is the Best Out West.
Medicine Flower Lodge, Retreat Center & Vacation Rentals is situated on gorgeous twelve acre grounds, bordering Rock Creek. There are forests of trees inhabited by wildlife and birds and open meadows offering wonderful views of the Beartooth Mountains.
