Brief Description: This wonderful 3 bedroom home is located halfway between Bozeman and Livingston. Enjoy the incredible views from this mountain top home. This family friendly home has everything you will need to feel right at home including a hot tub to soak in after a day of exploring, Internet access to keep you connected, and satellite TV.
Bedrooms and baths: The home features 3 bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and its own private bathroom. The master bathroom includes a granite shower and a deep soaking tub. There is a half bath on the main floor off the dining room. The additional 2 bedrooms are downstairs and share a bathroom in the hallway. One has a full sized bed and the second one has two twins. There are also 2 futons in the TV room for more sleeping accommodations.
Kitchen: The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room. It is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to prepare your meals.
Dining area: There’s a dining table that will seat six comfortably. Just a few feet away is the kitchen bar, which seats two. There is also a deck off the dining room with a gas grill and outdoor seating to enjoy your meals and take in the scenery.
Living room: The living room has a gorgeous stone fireplace and large windows so you can sit and take in the views. There are two love seats and two comfortable chairs that surround the TV, with satellite and a DVD player.
Family room: Downstairs there is a family area with two futons, a television, and table for four. Just out the patio doors is the outdoor hot tub.
Setting, acreage, and views: It’s quite a climb on the road to this little cabin, but well worth it for the views. You’ll want to drive around the neighborhood a bit, as there is plenty of wildlife in the area.
Outdoor Amenities: A small patio just off the upstairs living area is a very special spot to enjoy an outdoor meal. There is a small dining table and gas grill. From the walk out basement there are a few more chairs and a hot tub.
Activities nearby: Hiking, fishing, horseback riding, white-water rafting and all that Bozeman and Livingston have to offer. There is also great mountain biking right on the roads near the home. Closest town and airport: Fourteen miles (about a thirty minute drive) to Bozeman's Main Street and just a few miles further to Livingston. Bozeman's Gallatin Field is about a 40 minute drive away.
Note: As this home is accessed by a mountain road, a high clearance vehicle is recommended.
