We only book one group at a time so it's all yours. We have luxury accommodations for up to twenty-five guests and a restored "party barn" with full caterers kitchen. The Barn: The centerpiece of the Double T River Ranch is 'The Barn', a gorgeous lovingly restored original 1900's barn with a rustic exterior and a state-of-the-art, sophisticated interior. The Barn is designed to provide an ideal gathering place/dining area/game room/meeting room/watering hole for you and your group.

The Ranch House: The Ranch House renovated for comfort and easy living features two beautiful master suites with full private bath, one queen room and a kids bunk room with a shared full bath and spacious living area. A gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and separate dining area for groups and families.

The Cottage: Just steps away from the Ranch House, this is the ultimate private getaway. Small living room, kitchenette, bedroom with queen-sized bed, full bath with shower.

The Cabins: Just a quick drive, bike or walk away from the barn and house (1-2 minutes) are your two perfect and private riverfront cabins steps from the Shields River. Offering space and solitude, yet close to the ranch hub, the cabins have identical floor plans offering 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with two queen beds, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one full, one half bath. Total occupancy: 8 persons per cabin.
