The home is fully furnished and the main living area is warmed by the radiant stone fireplace. There are hardwood maple floors throughout in combination with carpet and tile on radiant slab heat. The fully equipped, state of the art kitchen, with tile work and adjoining formal dining room, is also warmed by the radiant stone fireplace. Laundry facilities are here for your convenience as well as TV/VCR, games and books. The grand master bedroom has high ceilings, two balconies, mountain views, and a tiled Jacuzzi bath which will make your stay the ultimate in relaxation. This secluded and elegantly furnished, 4 bedroom home, sleeps 8-14 comfortable and has 2 and 1/2 baths. The rooms include one king size bed, one double, two sets of bunk beds with one pull-out double trundle bed, as well as a double hide-abed in the recreation room and a double futon in the living room. Great hunting, fishing, horseback riding, backpacking, down-hill skiing, cross-country skiing, golf, snowmobiling, white water rafting as well as sightseeing of scenic and historic areas are all in your back yard and the surrounding Absaroka-Beartooth Mountains. The open and covered decks will give you plenty of opportunity to view the wild life, including a visiting moose and her baby, numerous deer, an occasional back bear and a pair of nesting eagles, to name a few. Relish these 45 acres of lush mountain hillsides with wildflowers and a year round Cutthroat Spawning Creek that meanders gently through the property with many hidden springs and a small pond. Luxuriate in the outdoor hot tub while soaking beneath the stars after a long day in the mountains or on the river. This property is secluded 5 miles down a county gravel road and is 9 miles from Livingston and blue ribbon trout fishing on the Yellowstone River, or 25 miles from Bozeman and the Gallatin and Madison Rivers.
