Welcome to the 212 Farmers Market. This market is being organized by the Joliet Community Development Alliance (JCDA) and is dedicated to providing a safe and inexpensive place for local producers to sell their products to community residents and visitors. This market is an opportunity to build a network of community relationships amongst vendors and customers. The vendor fees will be applied towards any cost to facilitate this market as well as towards continuing sidewalk on 212/Railway Boulevard. WELCOME VENDORS! Local Produce: This category includes vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers, and plants grown within a 150-mile radius of Joliet, Montana. Also included in this category is locally produced eggs, raw milk, or frozen meat. 2. Local Cottage Foods: This category is for locally produced cottage foods such as baked goods, dried fruits, jams & jellies, teas & spice mixes, sauces, pickles & pickled items, and honey that are packaged for consumption outside of the market 3. Non-local Produce: This category is for vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers, plants, and frozen meat grown outside the 150-mile radius of Joliet, Montana. Please note that if you are selling the same product that is produced locally, you will not be allowed to sell your products. 4. Prepared Foods: This category is for any prepared food and beverage product meant for immediate consumption. 5. Crafts: Items must be handmade by the vendor. The 212 Farmers Market definition of a craft: any item that has been intentionally embellished or altered from its original state.
