Thursday, June 26 Pouring red wine: Better Off Red Farm-To-Table Dinner 6 - 9 PM Start your weekend at Better Off Red, a 5-course farm-to-table dinner at Peaks Chophouse & Wine Lounge hosted by Chef Youssif El-Rakabawy. $299 per person Friday, June 27 Hikers on their way to Andesites + Sip: Andesite(s) + Sip 10 AM - 1:30 PM Savor the unparalleled beauty of Big Sky from 8,800' atop Andesite Mountain. Enjoy a two-mile hike or a ride up Ramcharger 8 chairlift and replenish with a 3-course, wine-paired lunch served by chef Nathan Bramlett and Everett’s 8800 culinary team. $149 per person Kellie Martin of SommSchool: Rosé All Day 1 - 2:30 PM Dive into the different styles and flavors of rosé at this seminar. Enjoy light bites from the culinary team at Peaks Chophouse & Wine Lounge while exploring different production methods and grape varietals that make up this warm-weather favorite sip. $65 per person Saturday, June 28 Brunch dishes at Everetts 8800: Brunch Bites + Big Sites 10 AM - 12 PM Bubbly, brunch, and a beautiful view.
