Clifftop Lookout On The Yellowstone

Atop a dramatic bluff on the Yellowstone River just a few minutes outside of Livingston. This home has two beds and two baths. The spacious master also has an enormous bathroom containing a shower, a soaking tub, and a large vanity. The second bed and bath are nearby with a shower/tub combination. In the sunroom, on the south side of the house, there is a queen sleeper sofa. There is an floor plan in the kitchen and living area with tons a natural light and perfect views. Plenty of cottonwood trees on the property, a forested island across the river, and a dramatic view of the Absaroka Mountains make this property truly special, being so close to town. Open the windows or sit outside on the patio and enjoy the sounds of the river!
