The Beaver Creek Cabin is located 26 miles northwest of West Yellowstone. It is a rustic Forest Service cabin located up a narrow road in a wooded canyon. The maximum party size for the cabin is 4 people. There is no electricity or water.

The cabin has one set of bunks, a small loft, wood stove, dishes, pots, pans, table and chairs, ax, shovel, broom and mop.

Visitors should bring their own equipment, including a camp stove, lanterns (please no candles), toilet paper, bedding/padding, pillow. An outhouse is located just west of the cabin. Firewood is provided for wood stove only.

Recreation opportunities in the area include nearby access to the Lee Metcalf Wilderness. There are many trailheads in the vicinity to access the wilderness and also the Gallatin National Forest. Winter access is by cross-country skiing or snowmobiling 3.5 miles from Highway 287.
